
Kelly Freeman
Kelly is a graduate of East Carolina University where she earned her formal
training in ballet & modern dance.She began dancing at the age of 2 and
started competing at the age of 4. She has studied many styles of dance
for over 30 years now & continues to study new styles as well. Most recently
she added ballroom dance to her credits. Kelly has been teaching dance
for 13 years and is proud to be the new co-owner of Pointe South Dance &
Tumble. Kelly has choreographed solo, duet, trio & group numbers winning
numerous awards both regionally & nationally. While at competition she has
won top teacher awards, choreography awards and her students have
earned numerous awards including top scoring act of the day!
Kelly is a native of Randolph County and has volunteered her time with
the boys & girls club of High Point & Asheboro. She has choreographed
for high school musicals, church musicals, pageants, cheerleaders, and
dancing with the Randolph stars. She has judged local pageants and talent
contest including the Asheboro senior games.
She is proud to be a part of the Randolph County community & continues to
volunteer her time throughout the area. Kelly is passionate about dance and
teaching & thankful to all of her students for the opportunity to work with
them each & every day!!
